Questions schools ask
How long is the free term?
About four months (120 days), long enough for a full school term. Set up your classes and fees, run the term and print report cards before you pay anything.
Do parents need a smartphone or an app?
No. Reminders and notices go out by SMS, which works on any phone. Parents with smartphones can also sign in to see fees and report cards.
How do we pay for SchoolPadi?
Once a term, by Mobile Money. You add the MoMo number during setup and pay from the billing page when your free term ends.
Can teachers use it on their phones?
Yes. SchoolPadi is built for Android phones first, so teachers can mark attendance and enter scores without a laptop.
Can we get our records out?
Yes. Export students, fees, payments, attendance and marks to Excel whenever you need them.
Which classes does it cover?
KG 1 and 2, Primary 1 to 6 and JHS 1 to 3, with three terms in each academic year.
